The audio player stops playing and the guided meditations are not playing through?

We host our audio content on one of the industry leading streaming platforms provided by dacast.com. Unfortunately, under certain conditions, the streaming experience is interrupted and audio files, such as the guided meditations do not play fully through until their end. 

After an internal investigation and with support of dacast.com, we could identify the root cause as the quality of the internet connection between a user and the dacast.com streaming platform. In other words, the stability and available bandwidth of your internet connection can affect if the audio files are playing properly through.

If you run into this issue, please look into ways to improve your internet connection. This can include:

  1. Switching from a cellphone internet connection to a stationary internet connection 

  2. Switching from a wireless access point to a wired connection


Additionally, Tergar is currently developing a Joy of Living App. Having the guided meditations available for offline usage is part of the development plan for this upcoming Joy of Living App.
