Where can I get an overview of Tergar's programs?

Anytime Anywhere Meditation is the very introductory course to meditation. It's five modules long (so shorter in comparison to the Joy of Living Online) and accessible in two places. You can either take an in-person or online retreat/workshop offered by Tergar guides - those offerings are updated regularly at events.tergar.org. Otherwise, you can access the AAM for free by downloading the Joy of Living app. (Please note, the Joy of Living app currently only has the AAM content, not the Joy of Living content. This is slated to happen in a couple of months.)

After AAM, then you would progress to the Joy of Living Online. Right now, that's only accessible on a browser, which you can access on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. That's accessible at joy.tergar.org. Additionally, we offer JOL cohorts, which are groups of 80-100+ people worldwide who are taking the course content together for greater immersion and accountability. The cohorts offer additional exclusive live weekly sessions with Tergar guides, last for six months, and are available for an additional fee.

Once you've completed the JOL content, you can choose to move into Vajrayana Online. To explain the difference between the two programs, it's best to think about the Joy of Living as the secular, introductory offering that focuses on meditation only. Vajrayana Online builds on the principles set forth in the Joy of Living, but goes deeper into Vajrayana Buddhist practices, philosophy, study, and practice. There are MANY different course offerings at Vajrayana Online, as opposed to the AAM and JOL which only offers one course.

All of these programs are part of what's called the "Tergar Mandala." This includes Tergar International, Tergar Asia, Tergar Institute, Tergar Schools, Tergar Retreats, Tergar practice communities worldwide, and the Tergar Bodh Gaya and Osel Ling Monasteries.
