I registered for an event, why haven’t I received a confirmation email or access link?

It's possible that your email provider is filtering messages from us, so please check your spam or promotional folders. Also, please make sure that the inbox you’re checking is the address associated with your Tergar account. If you still can't find messages from us, you may contact eventsupport@tergar.org. Even if you didn’t receive confirmation or links from us, you can verify if you’re registered as well as access the event through events.tergar.org.
