Where can I get an overview of Tergar's programs?

Modified on Mon, 2 Nov at 2:18 PM

If you're new to Tergar, we suggest starting with Anytime Anywhere Meditation, then moving on to Joy of Living.

Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM)

A free, five-module introduction to meditation. You can download the Joy of Living app to take it, or join an in-person or online workshop with a Tergar guide at events.tergar.org.

Joy of Living Online

The next step, and our secular program focused on meditation. You can access it in a browser at joy.tergar.org. Levels 1, 2 and 3 are also in the Joy of Living app with your subscription.

We also offer cohorts: groups of people worldwide who take the course together over six months, with weekly live sessions with Tergar guides, for an additional fee.

Vajrayana Online

After Joy of Living, you can continue with Vajrayana Online, which goes deeper into Vajrayana Buddhist practice, philosophy and study.

Live events

Upcoming retreats and events are at events.tergar.org.

Find a local community

Many local groups meet in person, and some offer online practice groups. Find a community or practice group.
