I registered for an event, why haven't I received a confirmation email or access link?

You don't need the email to attend. If you're registered, the event and its links are on your account.

Check if you're registered

Log in at events.tergar.org and click My Events. If your event is listed, you're all set.

If you don't see the event

• Check your spam or promotions folder for messages from us.
• Try your other email addresses. You may have registered under a different one. See I think I have two Tergar accounts, or my purchase is under a different email.

If you paid but aren't registered

Please don't pay again. Submit a ticket with the event name, the device and browser you used, and the country you connected from.
