The Meditation Teacher Program uses its own platform at training.tergar.org, but you log in with your regular Tergar account. Most login problems happen when you're already logged in to another Tergar site with a different email.
1. Log out of every other Tergar site
Log out completely from:
- joy.tergar.org
- vajrayana.tergar.org
- events.tergar.org
Then go to training.tergar.org and log in again.
2. Try a private window
Open a private or Incognito window in your browser and log in to training.tergar.org there.
3. Check which email your MTP account uses
Your MTP account may be registered under a different email from the one you use on other Tergar sites, for example an @tergar.org address or a work email. Submit a ticket and we can:
- change your MTP email to match your other Tergar sites, so you're logged in everywhere at once, or
- tell you which email to use for MTP
If you signed up with Google or Apple
Log in with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple every time. See Can't reset your password? You may have signed up with Google or Apple.
