What if I have problems logging into the Tergar website?

If you can't log in to a Tergar website, or you log in and don't see what you expect, the steps below fix most problems. They work for joy.tergar.org, vajrayana.tergar.org, events.tergar.org and training.tergar.org.

1. Check which email address you're using

Each Tergar account belongs to one email address. If you have more than one address, your account or purchase may be under a different one than you expect. Try logging in with each address you might have used. See I think I have two Tergar accounts, or my purchase is under a different email.

2. Use the same sign-in method every time

If you signed up with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, always log in that way. Switching between Google or Apple and an email and password can cause errors or lock you out. See Can't reset your password? You may have signed up with Google or Apple.

3. Log out of every Tergar site, then log back in

All Tergar sites share one login. If you're logged in on one site with a different email, the others can get confused.

1. Log out of joy.tergar.org, vajrayana.tergar.org, events.tergar.org and training.tergar.org.
2. Close the browser.
3. Open it again and log in to the site you need.

4. Try a private window, another browser or another device

• Open a private or Incognito window and log in there.
• Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge are supported.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Try a different device, such as a computer instead of a phone.
