How do I join Rinpoche's Telegram channel?

Mingyur Rinpoche's Telegram channel is for Path of Liberation Level 5 students. Joining is optional. To get set up:

1. Download Telegram on your phone from your app store.
2. Open it and create an account with your phone number.
3. On your phone, open the email we sent you and click Join the channel.

If Telegram asks for a fee

Telegram sometimes asks for a fee to send a verification code by SMS. This is outside Tergar's control. Students have avoided it by:

• choosing Call me instead, so the code comes by phone call
• waiting at least 24 hours and trying again
• switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi

Other problems with the app

Telegram is a third-party app, so we can't help with the app itself. Please contact Telegram's support.
