How do I change or cancel my subscription or payment information?

You can update your card, change your plan, or cancel your subscription yourself at any time. The steps are the same on Joy of Living Online, Vajrayana Online and Tergar Events.

Open your purchases

1. Log in to joy.tergar.org, vajrayana.tergar.org or events.tergar.org.
2. Click your name in the top right corner, then Purchases.

This opens your My Purchases page.

Update your card or payment method

1. Click Manage Subscription.
2. In the pop-up window, click Payment Methods.
3. Add your new card or PayPal account and click Add.

You can pay with a debit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account. Click the PayPal option, then choose to pay by card.

Cancel a subscription

1. Click Manage Subscription.
2. Click the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.

You'll receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, your progress stays saved, and you won't be charged again. You're welcome back at any time.

To change your plan, click Manage Subscription, click the subscription, then Edit Subscription.

Donations are separate

These steps change the payment method for subscriptions and event fees only. To update a card you use for donations, submit a ticket.

If something doesn't look right

If you subscribed before November 2023, or you can't find your subscription, submit a ticket and we'll make the change for you.
