What is Tergar's refund policy?

Refund terms depend on the program. You can cancel any subscription at any time, and you won't be charged again.

Vajrayana Online

• Most recent renewal. Refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of being billed.
• Lifetime-access courses. Refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of purchase.
• To cancel or ask for a refund. See How do I change or cancel my subscription or payment information?, or submit a ticket.

Joy of Living Online

• Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Asking for a refund. Payments aren't refunded automatically. If you were charged and didn't mean to continue, or something prevented you from using the program, submit a ticket and we'll review your most recent payment.

Events

• Policies vary by event. Each event page lists its own, usually under Registration.
• Many online events. Full refund up to 1 hour before the event starts. See How do I cancel my event registration and get a refund?
• If the event page lists no policy. You can request a full refund before the event starts. Just submit a ticket.
• Events run by local Tergar communities or booked through Eventbrite follow the organizer's own policy. Contact the organizer directly.

When will I see my refund?

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. They usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
