How do I join a live cohort session?

Your cohort's live sessions happen on Zoom. The join link is always on your cohort page, and it's the same link for every session.

Join a session

1. Log in to joy.tergar.org.
2. In the right-hand menu, open Cohort and click your cohort, for example "Level 2 Cohort".
3. In the middle of your cohort page you'll see the next session, with its date, time, topic and guide.
4. Click Join Session in the bottom right corner of that box. Zoom opens.

You can click Join Session before the session starts to check that Zoom works on your device.

Check the time in your time zone

Session times are on the calendar on your cohort page and in your welcome email. To check the time where you are, use World Time Buddy. If you added the cohort calendar to your own calendar, it shows your local time automatically.

If you can't make a session

That's fine, and it won't put you behind. Every session is recorded. See Where do I find the recordings of previous live cohort sessions?.

If the session time never works for you, submit a ticket and tell us where you are. There may be another cohort at your level at a better time.
