Every cohort session is recorded and posted on your cohort page, usually within 1–3 days.
Find a recording
- Log in to joy.tergar.org.
- In the right-hand menu, open Cohort and click your cohort.
- Click Session Recordings at the top of your cohort page.
The cohort orientation video is at the top of the list, followed by each session.
Missed a session?
Missing a session won't put you behind. Watch the recording when it suits you, and bring any questions to the next live session.
Your cohort page also has a library of video teachings by Mingyur Rinpoche and guided meditations that you can use at any time.
Note: If you unenroll from a cohort, you lose access to its recordings.
Looking for a different recording?
Monthly webinars, Community Circle and Welcome Sessions are on a separate page: log in, click Live Sessions in the right-hand menu, then Recordings.
