We understand that circumstances change, and a cohort may not always be the right fit for your current journey. If you decide to leave the program before it concludes, here is what you need to know about the process and its impact on your access.
How to Unenroll
You can unenroll yourself directly through the learning platform:
Log into joy.tergar.org.
Navigate to your main cohort page by expanding "Cohort" on the right-hand menu and selecting your specific cohort.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the "Unenroll from Cohort" button.
Follow the instructions to confirm your removal and downgrade your Joy of Living Online subscription.
Access & Recordings
It is important to note that unenrolling will result in an immediate loss of access to the cohort-specific areas.
Live Sessions: You will no longer be able to attend ongoing or future live sessions.
Recordings: You will lose access to all previous recorded live sessions from that cohort.
Manual Removals: Unenrolling from the website does not automatically remove you from the cohort WhatsApp group or delete events from your personal Google Calendar. You will need to leave the group and delete the calendar events manually if you no longer wish to receive those notifications.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for previous billing terms. When you unenroll, your subscription will be downgraded for the next billing cycle, but payments already processed for the current or past terms are non-refundable.
