If you asked for a password reset and the email never arrived, not even in your spam or junk folder, your Tergar account was most likely created with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
Accounts created this way don’t have a separate Tergar password, so there is no password to reset and the reset email isn’t sent. The good news: you don’t need a password to get back in.
To sign in, go to the Tergar site you’re using (events.tergar.org, joy.tergar.org, vajrayana.tergar.org or training.tergar.org), click to log in, and choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, whichever you used when you signed up. Use the same Google or Apple account as before. As long as you sign in this way, you won’t need a Tergar password.
Not sure which one you used? Try the one you think is most likely. If you get in but don’t see your courses or subscriptions, sign out and try the other one.
