Which browsers work best, and how do I fix pop-up, cache and ad-blocker problems?

Many problems on Tergar websites, such as pages not loading, buttons that do nothing, or checkout windows that never appear, come from browser settings. This article explains the most common fixes.

Supported browsers

Tergar websites work best in up-to-date versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

If something isn't working on your phone, try a computer, or the other way around.

Allow pop-ups

Registration and payment open in a pop-up window. If pop-ups are blocked, nothing happens when you click to pay.

Clear your cache and cookies

Old saved files can stop pages from loading properly. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, close the browser, then log in again. See How to clear cache and cookies.

A quicker test is to open a private or Incognito window and try there.

Turn off ad blockers and privacy tools

Ad blockers, VPNs, antivirus programs and privacy or anti-tracking extensions can block registration forms and videos. Turn them off for tergar.org sites, or add tergar.org as an exception, then refresh the page.

"Javascript Void 0" instead of ticket prices

If ticket options show Javascript Void 0, JavaScript is turned off in your browser. Turn it on using these instructions, then refresh the page. Switching to another browser also works.
